ByFor example local crisps that cant be bought elsewhere, that people may want to purhase. Or other foodstuffs for that matter. Is there any law against this
I should have specified I want to sell the whole multipack on, not the individual packets

Of course it’s illegal, look on the back of the packets, they will say multi pack bags, not for resale!
Plus you wouldn’t ever make any money on Ebay, who buys individual packets of crisps! If they are unique items then people won’t be interested and you’d only sell a couple. Plus the postage and ebay fees would be more than any profit.

It’s illigal. Somewhere on the packet it should say “to be sold as a multipack only”

Yes, unless it doesn’t say that the thing in question is from a multipack

It usually says on the bag that it is part of a multiple and should’nt be sold singley. But anything seems to go on Ebay, so who can tell

As long as you sell them as a multipack, and not individually it is perfectly legal.

Why would you break the law to make something like £2.00 ??? wake up…..

if you wanna sell the whole multipack on, then thats not illegal. however, i dont think that there is much business for selling foodstuffs on ebay! you’ll be living on crisps when you cant shift them all!!
