is it illegal to sell pokemon bags, dolls etc in an online shop?

Because you made these items yourself, your perfectly fine with the law. Simply make sure to note the characters themselves aren’t yours- but the product is. I suggest putting somewhere in typing that you do not own any of the following copyrights.

Well if you state that all the copyrights and related charachetrs and trademarks etc. are trademarks of the Nintendo company and all that malarky you should be fine.
But you can sell ANYTHING on ebay so thats where id go.
But dont take my word for the copyright crap im only 13.

It is illegal to sell a product that breaks copyright laws. You’re trying to profit off of someone else’s creation without their expressed consent. The reason people would buy those items from you is because they are pokemon related, and you don’t have the right to create and sell pokemon merchandise.
Contact Nintendo america (if you are in the US) and see if they have a problem with you profiting off of their work.
