Is it fine to display and sell products in my shop that were purchased from other shops?

I have a shop and would like to know if it is fine for me to display and sell the products that were purchased from other shops? Do i need to get any permission to do so?
if the shop has a reseller program but i am unable to meet the requirement set, can i just buy and sell their products in my shop?

It is fine — that is what selling is all about. You don’t have to ask permission. You bought it, it’s yours, you can sell it if you want.

If you own the products and want to tell them, that should be fine. Just be careful about using copyrighted images from the other shops. Take your own photos of the products.

I don’t see why not. As long as you’re not intentionally misrepresenting the merchandise or making claims about them that are not true, I don’t see a problem.
