A common formula is charge three times what it costs to produce.
But then you have to judge what the market will bear.

On a standard box of markies or bonios the shop owner would want to make 35% minimum. (excluding vat)
What you need to do without pricing yourself out of the market is to ask random people how much would they pay for 1 biscuit if they say for instance 25pence then your selling price would be 18p.
If your product has certain benefits over the mass produced products then that will drive the price higher, but common sense says that people will only pay what they think is realistic.
Anyway good luck and if you enjoy it and make a bit of money thats better still.
