No shop has to sell you anything at any time. They are free to limit their sales in any way they choose, provided it does not constitute legally prohibited discimination (this doesn’t)

Yes, there’s no age limit on buying condoms (well i know in my state and all the states around me there isn’t).

There is no age limitation for the sale of condoms, however like anything in the shop the owner does not have to sell them to you.

A shop doesn’t have to sell you anything if it doesn’t want to, but no, it is not illegal to sell condoms to an under 16 y/o.
You can get them free from a family planning /sexual health clinic though

No, they can reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
They probably should sell you the condoms, though, because if you don’t have a condom to use you’re still going to have ***. Without the condom, you’re putting your girlfriend at risk of pregnancy and you’re both at risk for transmission of an STD.
Go to a different shop. Get the condoms. Use them, every time, even during oral.

I think that most of them would sell you condoms, even if you look under 16, as hopefully most would be happy you are being safe! There is no age limit for buying condoms, its not like buying **** or alcohol, but some may refuse on moral grounds and there is nothing you can do about that…if you live in the UK then everyone is entitled to free contraception no matter what age you are - you can get them from your doctor or family planning clininc for free…its important to be safe though, so its good you are asking this question!!

Only if you ask for them. There was a recent case of a 12 year old child fathering another child, knowledge and possession of a condom would have been useful 9 months earlier as he seemed to be incapable of controlling his urges.

A shop has the legal right to refuse to serve you anything if they wish, age does not come into it.

The shop does`t have to sell you condoms at any time Especially if you just want a loaf of bread
