I don’t know a company offhand, but you may want to consider advertising the sale in a Cambodian newspaper.
I’ve read that donut shops are a great way for Cambodians to create jobs for themselves and their families while forming a sponsoring company to host more incoming friends.
I’m not suggesting anything in a ****** tone, they truly are the majority of the owner/operators at least in this state.
You may just find your luck that way, I would try it.
