Standard is 6%. Can be slightly lower or higher.
The 6% is multiplied by the amount of the entire term of the lease.
Example: $20 per square foot annual lease rate for five year term with $1,000 total sq. ft. would be: $20 X 1,000 X 5 (years) X 6% (.06 ) = $6,000 commission.
