Can get my deposits back if i signed a lease for office space and my landlord has not?

Where I live, you don’t have a contract unless both parties agree, which is evidenced by both signing the contract.
Most lawyers will give a break on the first consultation. Alternatively, you can call Legal Aid or a local law school and ask.

Even if they signed they can not make a verbal change to a written contract. You can get your money back. Small claims court is an option.

I don’t understand - if you had a contract with them, or an agreement with them, and you fulfilled your obligation, they can’t keep adding on charges. If they can not fulfill their part of the arrangement, you should get your deposit back.
