I’m thinking about moving to relocate my business. The only problem is that the building I wish to buy already has a two year lease in place on the retail store front I wish to use. Can I buy the building and terminate their lease? What are my options?

How can I break my lease and still get my deposit back?

I’m now living in an aptment and want to get a house with my sister and I’ve been living in my apt. for 7 months now and my lease is not over until November 2008 because I took over someone elses lease that was moving to another state for school. I want my deposit back but dont know what to tell the Property manager. Any suggestions? Please.

Preparing a home for a quick sale?

My husband just accepted a position with a company. Does anyone have ideas on preparing my home to sell fast or have any tips. We need to relocate, luckily his job his where his parents are living and he will be staying there during the week and coming home on the weekends. This leaves me preparing this home and moving so that we all can be together all the time.
