What are the requirements to obtain a retail lease?

I want to open a salon spa and I was wondering what type of requirements will I have to meet in order to obtain a retail lease. I know that the lease will have to be personally guaranteed because it is a new business. I want to know if the requirements are based on credit scores, liquid capital, other income, previous work history, etc. Please serious answers. I would like to know what I have to look forward to.

Do you get back your entire deposit upon leaving after the lease is up?

We are giving 30 days notice , our lease is up in March. We aren’t renewing . So ,how to we go about getting our deposit back and are we going to get the entire deposit? How does that work?

My brother just got a pawn shop loan. He gave them his Wii and they gave him $70. He has to pay them back $84 dollars before 30 days to get it back. Since it is the holiday season my sister thinks that the pawn shop will sell it before the 30 days are up because Wii’s are in high demand right now. Legally, can the pawn shop do that?

Need Repossession taken off my credit?

Hi,
My story is unique. I was financing a vehicle with wells fargo auto finance. It was totaled….. and i didnt have insurance at the time. Listening to my father(i didnt tell him i didnt have insurance. I parked the car in a private owner body shop lot ( charges 20 per day) I was hoping the lady responsible for the accident insurance company would come and take liability. well they never did and the body shop lot called wells fargo and told them to get the vehicle and they paid him off. Now im stuck with a REPOSSESSION on my credit, BUT I MADE ALL MY PAYMENTS ON TIME FOR 1 AND 6 MONTHS TO WELLS FARGO. Is this legal….and how can i go about getting this taken off credit report. The car was totaled, and they still sold it…….but it wasnt repossessed because i didnt make my payments …….please help with good answer anyone

what sort of shop wopuld sell perspex?

I want to replace a decoratvie clear pannel on my bass with a red one, it’s kind of a pick-guard but i don’t use a pick so it’s pretty much decorative.
But what sort of shop sells perspex? Prefereably somewhere i can get it cut to size too. I don’t imagine it’s sufficiently in demand for there to be dedicated perspex shops out there? what sort of shop would sell it. I want to buy locally not on line.
