We are a family owned business that has a retail food operation and a catering division. We have maxed out our kitchen space. The catering is the fastest growing sector of our business. We have signed a lease for a space for a bigger kitchen and catering offices. We now need to get a loan. What sort of paperwork should we submit to the bank as far as a business plan? How in depth does it have to go? We have a metting on Wednesday.

I was short of cash and decided to us my title for a pawn (2001 Pontiac Bonneville). I was given $800.00 and in formed that my interest payments would be 93.00 a month. I paid one month’s interest payment, however, the car started to act up. I turned the vehicle in to Title Pawn institution and to my astonishment they reported it to the credit bureau as a voluntary repossession. My point is they already only give you half of what the car is worth. Then they rob you 15 to 25% interest monthly. I did the civil thing an turned the car in. They may have put $200.00 additional dollars in it to get it running perfectly, however, They had a $1500 car. What gives? They also follow under the Georgia Pawn Shop Law in which reporting to the credit buearu is prohibited.

How many cups of coffee does a coffee shop sell on average per day?

Obviously it depends on the success of that particular store… but maybe if someone knew like a ballpark figure of how much the average starbucks would sell or something, that would be great.

I heard for home purchasing, there was a law that allows withdrawal within certain period, but, wanted to know if there were a law that allowed signed lease of the retail store to be withdrawn within certain period. One reason is that, decided that retail store wouldn’t work profitably in that trade area.

If a product has a “special price” printed on it, can the shop sell it at normal price?

went into the shop and a big bottle of coke has a label on it stating “85p part of multi pack, do not sell separate” But when i paid for it the guy charged me £1.50
Im not being tight by the way… was just wondering if they could do it?

I only need 800 sq ft. Is the landlord only going to charge me for what I need? Which at $24 sq ft, would come out to 1600 a month, rather than 3200 for the whole space.

There’s a shop round the corner from me that has become vacant- and it got me thinking about if I rented it and what I could sell in it. What would be kind of rent for a small shop in a London suburb? And what would be guaranteed to sell?
