How will a repossession of a ring hurt my credit score?

I have an engagment ring that of course I’m not going to pay for because I’m not in that relationship anymore, and am paying on something I can not sell, and the lender would not take back 60 days after I purchased it. It’s several years later and I still owe the amount and really can’t afford to pay it.

So its like 7 months away but we need to prepare it happens yearly , we can open our our shop and sell whatever we like . So we though about t-shirts but we want to do somthing unique and somthing rare and cute , give us ideas and we could work with them , I really need ideas for unique t-shirts thank you very much
Its not about getting money , its about winning the compettion . It gives us credit on the Commercial classes we take in school .

Commercial lease, can I get out of it?

I have a commercial lease on a retail premises it is a 10 year lease with about 8 and a half years to run, break clause at 5 years. When the new owner takes over I will HAVE to sign an “authorised guarentee agreement” covering the landlord should the new owner close down (so I am screwed if they fail or dont work as hard as we did - not fair) My question is:
1) At the break clause in 2 and a half years time if the new tenant decides to keep trading, am I still liable?
2) Is there any way I can say I will not sell the business with that clause?

I anticipated getting an apartment in Cedar Hill, Texas (Dallas area) and put down a security deposit with the landlord. Well, my job offer fell through hence I do not need to move. The landlord is refusing to return my money, and has not stated a reason why. I have not signed a lease, and i did not sign any security deposit contracts stating it was non-refundable. The apartment was held for 60 days but I have not seen anything that would give the landlord the legal right to keep my money. Please help!
