How is it that the local paki shop can sell wine cheaper than Tesco?

I had a 2 year lease with an option to extend 5 years. When the 2 years was up, 2 years ago, they didn’t have me sign to extend, they just told me it was ‘ok’ and that they’d let me out of my lease if things went bad. Things went bad, and now they won’t let me out. So this question has 2 parts….
1. I didn’t sign to extend the lease, they said it wasn’t needed…. what’s the deal with that? Am i obligated for the next 3 years still?
2. If I AM obligated, and i default, can they put a lean or ‘take’ the house i own(well, the bank owns most of it…hehe)? Even if i declare bankruptcy?

I rented a retail space that had mold before we signed the lease?

Knowing about mold and causes, it was put in the lease agreement that all mold would be removed. After they “treated it” we had a mold specialist come out and take a sample and there is still mold. They said they feel they treated it correctly, which we knew was not. They are willing to make us happy but legally how far can we go with treatment if they are not willing to treat it correctly.

I was wondering, what would be some good things to sell in it, I already know I’m gonna sell cupcakes, muffins, cookies, hot chocolate, coffee, tea, sandwhiches and other things like that. Any ideas for what else I should sell and what kind of music I should play?

Yes I already tried that but to no avail and no I am not cashing in other peoples misery! I am trying to buy my brother items back and I heard they are being sold in the north east. Dont be so quick to make a judgement like that.

i love making own homemade product like soap,lotions and all sort of toiletteries but i could not get the ingredients like glyecerin soap,beeswax,fragrance oil,cocoa butter easily in Malaysia. The manufacturers sold in bulk and too expensive.I just wanna buy for personnal making.Is there any hobby shop in Malaysia around KL or Selangor.Help!

What’s the diference between “retail lease” and “retail finance” to buy a car?

I’m 15 and I’m confused about terms like retail finance and retail lease,could you please explain me? actually I just know in many cases the retail lease payments are lower than retail finance.
