criteria to lease a retail space to establish a business ?

I am thinking of leasing a retail space (approx 1000 square feet) to open a retail business. I heard that i need to have a good credit. Is this “good credit score” in credit report that the landlord will look at? or is it more than good credit score? thanks

How much of a rent reduction can you get with a retail sublease?

If a business is closing, and they responsible for the term of the lease and they are trying to sublease the space, how much of a rent discount will they give to the sublessor to take over the lease. Thank you

I have not missed payments. He just said he no longer wanted to do business with me. Is this a legal repossession?
The repairs that were supposed to take place should have been done before the sale of the vehicle. The seller of the car said the car was fixed and ready to go. I took the car thinking it was ready and was never fixed and have been stuck since. The car had a 3 month full warrenty or 3000 miles full warrenty.
Finally when they said they would look at it I was happy then he said i could not have it back and cleaned all my and my childrens items out and said they do not want to do buissness.
I was happy because they were going to fix the problem, not repo the car i have had for three months. I put money down on the car and was making monthly payments of 300.00 dollars and had never missed a payment!

Whats the difference between Academic and Retail versions of Microsoft Office 2007?

Greetings,
I wanted to know what the difference was between an Academic copy of say Microsoft Office 2007 and a copy you pick up at a story of the same thing? The only thing I can tell is the price. Student = about $50-100. Retail =$300+.
Is there licensing issues/limitations? Maybe student is a one year lease or something? I dont get it. Could someone please clarify for me.

What do I look for in a retail lease?

Myself and a couple other partners are forming an LLC and will be looking for a retail store front to lease in CA, Los Angeles city. We are new to this and do not know exactly what to look for in this type of lease. Is it possible to negotiate with someone like for example, pay cash upfront for like 6-9 months and keep the rent the same for the second year. The type of business is ****** spa and foot masage service.

How do I get large retail tenants such as Walgreens to lease my building?

GMAC has already said they would not do the lease to retail loan because i’ve messed up my credit since i received the lease in 2006. I’ve never had credit problems before so i have no clue where to begin. I am a member of a credit union also…do they give out loans for people with bad credit?
