Whats the difference between a foreclosure and a repossession?

My though was the only difference is that a repossession takes place on something that can be considered a “transportable or mobile” collateral. Your thoughts?

How do I find properties that are about to be taken away by repossession from the Mortgage Company before it happens? Is there a legal process that must be taken before that happens? Can I contact the homeowner prior to the repossession?

How bad would the repossession by ‘we finance auto’ affect my credit?

I had to buy a used auto from ‘we finance’ like early this year due to no credit establishment. And I have been ****** paying over 200% of the blue book price. And I don’t want to keep paying that because financial situation these days is not really good. If I stop paying monthly payment and they repossess the auto, how would it affect my credit and what else is expected to happen?

I signed a 5 year Retail Space lease back in Feb for my business and at the time I was in the process of getting a business loan but after two months the lender denied my loan application…..What should I do, can I sub-let my space? I really want to get out of it now and contiune to work from home.

My girlfriend is behind on her car loan and has been threatened with repossession. To make matters worse, she had an accident (her fault) the same day her insurance lapsed and did $3000 damage to the car. She cannot afford to repair the car or make payments anymore so she is going to give up the car for voluntary repossession. My question is: When the car is sold and the deficency amount is calculated, will making a small payment each month keep them from pursuing a judgement against her?

Repossession?

My mortgage lender recently got a warrant from the court to repossess my flat. I paid the arrears almost £4000. My mortgage repayment is due again on the1st of September. If I default would they come after me again or would they have to reapply to the court for another repossession bearing in mind that I’d only be owing about £400?
