Preparing a home for a quick sale?

My husband just accepted a position with a company. Does anyone have ideas on preparing my home to sell fast or have any tips. We need to relocate, luckily his job his where his parents are living and he will be staying there during the week and coming home on the weekends. This leaves me preparing this home and moving so that we all can be together all the time.

our lease is up on the second of september and we’ve decided to move to another apartment. Our lease says that we need to give a 30 day notice when we decide to move out, but we’re planning on moving out the same day our lease is up, so does that mean we are no longer responcible for not giving a 30 day notice?
can the management withhold our security deposit?
please if you can give a site or something where i can show him proof, not just speculation.

Can I buy a house with a repossession?

I know the situation is worse now for people with ok - bad credit trying to buy a house, but is it impossible? I have a repossession from three years ago. I still have about $5000 to pay on it. My credit score is about 640. What do you think? I don’t want to waste my time going to the bank/lender if there’s no chance.

I entered into a residential lease agreement for 2 years, but vacated after 1 year. I have given 2 month notice before vacating according to the agreement. Its been more than 4 months now and the landlord has not yet paid back the lease amount.
Can I demand for interest from the landlord, even though in the agreement he has mentioned that he would not pay interest if the payment get delayed?
Kindly give me advice according to Indian Law.

I am moving to Hawaii and it will cost so much money to have it shipped there. I am thinking about surrendering my car back to the bank, which financed the car loan. Is this the same as repossession? How would this affect my credit? I just got the car last year.

The management company offered 3, 6 or 12 month leases. I singed for a three month lease (it is on the lease), but the dates on the lease state a period of four months. I contaced the rental manager and he corrected the dates. Now the rental property is under new management and the manager does not work there anymore. How will a voluntary repossession affect my credit?

I took out an auto loan for my brother to get a car last Feb. He failed to pay, so I took the car back and have been making payments for the last three months. I’ve listed the car for sale several times on Ebay, in the local newspaper, and now on autotrader with no luck so far. I have a new car myself that I am also paying on. I don’t need two cars and I can’t afford to keep paying for two vehicles. How will a voluntary repossession affect my credit since I am paying for another vehicle? Will it repair itself as long as I am paying on another car? I know that the bank will auction the car. If I pay the deficiency, will the repossession still go on my credit? I have very good credit and I really don’t want to ruin it, which is why I’ve paid on the car for this long. I am in the market to buy a house. Will a repossession affect my getting a home loan?

i am cuurrently leasing an apartment. in 2 weeks i move into a house that i just bought. there are 3 months left on the lease. i’m not sure how to dissolve the lease without getting alot of penalty charges.

How long does it take to get a deposite back w/o going through with a lease?

Ok i need some serious help:
My ex-freinds parents own these apartments and my friend was supposed to b hooking me up on gettin a spot for cheap. he goes. its a 1bed. The upfront costs is first, last and security deposite. Which totals 2100.00. I go ok and we agreed on him holding the spot for me. I call around two weeks ago, and come to find out hes been accepting applications and basically renting to the person who gives him the 400.00 deposite first. I manage to give him the 400.00 first. Less than a week later my girlfriend and I have car problems and use our potential rent money to pay for the car. I notify my ex-friend of the situation. And that we are not able to afford the upfront costs. So we cant move in. we were supposed to pay oct 1st. Now hes tryin to keep the deposite. I have documentation that he acknowledges he has accepted the money and porbably has to pay it back.
my question is, how long will i legally have to wait. because we didnt sing a lease.?? Thanks .
